Shipping & Service Delivery Policy

LancerLoadout is a fully digital software service. No physical goods are sold, and nothing is ever shipped. This page exists to describe exactly how and when what you purchase is delivered.

1. What Is Delivered, and When

• Pro subscription: your account is upgraded automatically upon payment confirmation from the payment processor — typically within a few minutes of successful payment.
• Credit packs: credits are added to your account balance automatically upon payment confirmation — typically within a few minutes.
• There are no shipping charges, no delivery partners, and no serviceable-location restrictions: the Service is delivered entirely within your account at [SITE_URL].

2. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a payment receipt by email from the payment processor (Razorpay for purchases in India; Lemon Squeezy for international purchases), and your plan status and credit balance update inside the app immediately on activation.

3. If Delivery Fails

If your upgrade or credits have not appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with your payment reference. We will activate your purchase manually or refund it in full per the Refund & Cancellation Policy — whichever you prefer.
